These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
Your rolling-monthly broadband package will continue month-to-month until cancelled. To cancel your service, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice by emailing info@briantbroadband.com.
Your usual monthly charges will continue throughout the notice period, and your service will end once the 30-day notice period has been completed. This requirement does not affect your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights.
Any router, mesh unit, receiver or other equipment supplied on a loan basis remains the property of Briant Broadband Ltd. When your service ends, all equipment must be returned in good condition and include any cables, power adapters and accessories originally supplied.
Equipment must be returned within 14 days of the termination date, following the return instructions provided by us. Please package the equipment securely and keep your proof of postage.
If the equipment is not returned, is incomplete or is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, a reasonable non-return or damage fee may apply.
We accept the following payment methods on our Site: – Direct Debit.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Our broadband service provides an internet connection to the Briant Broadband-supplied router or network termination equipment. We do not guarantee the compatibility, availability, performance or functionality of third-party devices, equipment, applications or services, including, for example, Sky Q boxes, smart televisions, games consoles, streaming devices and home security systems.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment meets the relevant technical requirements and is correctly configured, updated and connected. Some third-party equipment may require a wired Ethernet connection and may not operate reliably over Wi-Fi.
Where a connectivity issue is reported, we will take reasonable steps to test and confirm that the Briant Broadband service and any equipment supplied by us are operating correctly. If our service is working correctly, any issue affecting third-party equipment or services will not be treated as a fault with the Briant Broadband service. The customer may need to contact the relevant manufacturer or service provider for further support.
Nothing in this section affects the customer’s statutory rights or our responsibility for faults caused by the broadband service or equipment supplied by Briant Broadband.
If you are a customer residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days from the date the agreement was formed, without providing any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day period, either by:
Email: info@briantbroadband.com
You may use the cancellation form provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but you are not obliged to do so.
Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By requesting that your broadband service be activated within the 14-day cancellation period (for example, by scheduling installation or allowing the service to go live), you:
Any reimbursement due will be made using the same method of payment originally provided, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
If you requested the performance of services begin during the cancellation period, you are required to pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your decision to cancel this contract. This may include any installation charges that have been performed FOC. We will reimburse to you any amount you have paid above this proportionate payment.
We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.
If you terminate your contract before the agreed end date, an Early Termination Fee will apply. This fee will be calculated as the total of all remaining monthly charges for the unexpired portion of the contract term, excluding any promotional discounts. The fee will be included in your final bill and must be paid within 14 days of invoice issuance. Early Termination Fees do not apply if cancellation occurs within the statutory cooling-off period or if termination is due to a breach of contract by the provider.
If you miss a scheduled installation appointment, an Aborted Install Fee of £60 + VAT will be charged. This fee covers the costs incurred due to the missed appointment and must be paid before a new installation date can be arranged.
We will always try to move your broadband service with you. A transfer can only proceed where our own Full Fibre network or that of our underlying infrastructure partner is available at the new address and can support the same or an equivalent package. If a transfer is possible, we will arrange activation on the earliest practical date; your existing contract continues unchanged and only a standard re-activation charge (quoted at the time) will apply.
If the new address is outside our service area and a transfer is therefore not possible, we will cease the service at your current property and apply a Broadband Cease fee of £45.00. Any outstanding monthly charges for the unexpired portion of your minimum term will also be payable unless you migrate the service to another provider.
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
